Each year we invite a handful of clients to engage in the pinnacle highly individualized, transformational experience that combines our signature Strengths training with our entire team of experts. It’s the only way to work with me for your personal strategy and my entire team for your success. Because, let’s face it, your raw talent can only bring you so far.

In the Private Client Group, we work through honing in on your life calling, not just a quick goal. (We’ll get that too). However, we’ll dig deep and double down in the place of you that make the most difference. To do this, we reverse engineer the deepest lifelong growth moments and create blueprints for future pivots. Our goal is massive clarity that leads to the strength and confidence for action based on who you really are. I help people lead the most extraordinary, courageous lives they are proud of.

The Design

The Private Client Group is a 12-month mastermind and coaching experience for highly ambitious, highly dedicated individuals who are ready to fully invest inside and out. If you are accepted in to the Private Glient Group here’s what you can expect:

• One-on-one coaching with Dr. Tieshia Moore. Four hours of one-on-one coaching + strategy from Dr. Moore each month. I use a flex design model which means you can request what works best for you each quarter. This may be: four 1-hour sessions, two 2-hour sessions, or one 4-hour grinder. These calls go deep into solving YOUR specific strategy questions + key pivot decisions when you need it most.

• Special investment sessions. Because we’ve designed a holisitc approach, you may find that you need a deeper investment from one of our experts on team more at one time or another. As part of the Private Client Group, you’ll have access to special investment sessions with our team of curated counselors, pastors, and business coaches based on your greatest needs during key periods throughout the year. We use Private Client Group-only small group small group masterminds and individual formats.

• Strengths for two. Every six months you can give the gift of Strengths to an individual of your choice. You can select one individual to receive the Strengths Deep Dive package which includes a full 34-CliftonStrengths code, personalized report, and an individual session with one of our experts (best for age 16+) or Strengths Quest for children under 16.
  
  AND… up to two times per year you can opt to replace one of your individual one-on-one coaching sessions for a paired Strength session. This is ideal for business partners, life partners, parent-children, etc.
