Leaders Go First is designed to be a front-loaded intensive training experience in positive psychology and Strengths culture PLUS a dripped ongoing coaching exclusively for the leaders/ managers of your organization.

The Design

Leaders Go First is a three-layered design that progressively builds upon itself:


Part 01: Intensive Strengths Training.The intensive Strengths training begins with 8-hours of Strengths training which includes deep learning in the Strengths tool as well as positive psychology. The goal is for leaders to experience both personal awareness in their own Strength assets as well as to have thoughtful insights into their team. This is the building block of incorporating Strengths within the organization long-term. The intensive can be designed as a full day, two half-days, or four two-hour blocks and can be designed for in-person or virtual experiences.


Part 02: Individual Coaching. As part of the program, leaders receive two individual coaching sessions with one of our certified experts. This is a deep dive into the Strengths report plus a second coaching session on discussing the greatest areas of challenge and aspiration for the existing team.


Part 03: Self-Paced Learning + Group Coaching. Self-paced study using prevalent adult learning techniques to take the Strengths tool to action. Leaders are equipped with our learning materials that allow for direct application. Group coaching is done quarterly in small group, virtual formats of 10 or less and serves as a platform for accountability of the implementation work and blind spot awareness with like-minded leaders.
