What you can expect
The Clarity, Courage, Action Experience has two distinct parts, each designed to deliver clarity, accountability, and action. Here’s the plan:
Phase 01: Building Baselines. This guided, self-paced foundational work is exclusive to the Clarity, Courage, Action Experience. Building Baselines ensures that you have thoughtful advancements beyond the initial Strengths Deep Dive and are ready to turn your raw potential into performance. It’s the substance to your discovery.
Phase 02: Deep Learning + Extended 1:1 Strength Sessions. Our deep learning model “wraps around” the 60-minute coaching sessions and guided learning comes in workbook form with pre-work and post-coaching applications. In this phase your coaching experiences will be geared toward the following three areas: Overcoming limitations, Strength in your relationships/ Strength spotting, and Strengths put to action.
